Fibre Art Portfolio
The world changes everyday while quality remains constant. Diana Robleś (pronounced Robe-lay) has dedicated her career to making one of a kind pieces from the highest quality material with master craftsmanship. When the standards are constantly being lowered, Diana has uncompromisingly preserved the caliber which is essential to the class of her work.
Being a clothing lover her entire life Diana had a life changing epiphany in New Zealand, 1974. Being at that time one of the world's largest producers of sheep's fleece, a small fiber boutique in Christchurch New Zealand was the source of revelation for Diana when she rediscovered the thread. Soon thereafter she had apprenticed with a weaving master and learned the art of fiber. Her work is held in high esteem by Neiman Marcus, Blanche MacDonald, private boutiques and even more private owners. Decades have passed since Diana begun and she has again amassed a considerable collection of over 200 pieces. Seen below are a few examples of different sized garments and more can be seen by following this link.
